While attending Southwestern, Mr. Blanda received the CALI Achievement Award, the highest award for a grade earned in Real Estate Sales Transactions and in Wills and Trusts. In addition, Mr. Blanda was a member of the Southwestern Journal of Law in the Americas and received an award for his outstanding achievement. Moreover, Mr. Blanda, also received the CALI Achievement Award for Blue Book Citation and graduated in the top one-third of his class. Prior to law school, Mr. Blanda, graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, (UCLA), and simultaneously worked full time in collections for a private factoring company. Mr. Blanda has been in collections since he was 19 years old, and practicing law for almost ten years. Mr. Blanda is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of Los Angeles, and before all Courts within the State.

Mr. Blanda was the lead attorney in Liqi International Economic Development, Inc. U.S.A. v. Yee, 2004.CA.0004754 (Cal.App. Dist.2 05/27/2004) which was his first trial out of law school, and in which he obtained judgment in excess of $704,000.00. Mr. Blanda, formerly a member of the National List of Attorneys, is a participant in the Consumer Attorneys of America, Los Angeles as well as other organizations which promote justice and rights for creditors. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Blanda, became limited partner in Law offices. After leaving in 2004, Mr. Blanda, started Collection At Law, Inc., a Professional Law firm, registered with the State Bar of California. The practice focuses exclusively on commercial and consumer collections as well as business litigation. Mr. Blanda represents a predominant amount of Chinese, Korean, and Indian companies, and is known both throughout the United States as well as Asia.

She graduated in the top 20th percentile of her class and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of Los Angeles, and before all Courts within the State. Her undergraduate studies in speech communication, and almost 20 years of diverse business litigation experience, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, appeals, motions and discovery, gives her the ability to bring both sides to the bargaining table to resolve any difficult dispute. However, it is her aggressiveness and negotiation skills which make her a maverick in the collection industry. Her studies in this major, and almost twenty (20)  years experience in practicing law, gives her the ability to bring both sides to the bargaining table to hash out and resolve any difficult dispute. She clearly has the aggressiveness and tools to recover monies in any circumstances.
